Ordering
Goods may be ordered on-line, or by telephone. Online orders are placed on a secure server and your personal information is password encrypted before it is sent to us.
Payment
We operate a secure payment system on our website. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch. We take all major credit cards.
Retention of title
In so far as any money whatsoever is outstanding to ZipRC Distributions, any goods supplied will remain property of ZipRC Distributions, and must be identified as such, until payment is made in full.
Guarantee
ZipRC Distributions gives no additional guarantee on any product other than the guarantee issued by the manufacturer. Any disputes will be deemed to be under UK law as the seat of the dispute.
Prices
ZipRC Distributions will keep fixed and competitive pricing where possible. However, currency fluctuations may force us to change our prices without notice. Customers will be notified of changes when placing an order.
Safety
All goods supplied by ZipRC Distributions are sold on the understanding that the purchaser will use them in accordance with relevant safety standards.
Variations
Due to the manufacturing process, the colours of canopies may vary from canopy to canopy. ZipRC Distributions cannot be held responsible for differences in colour or design and all images are representative only.
