Shipping & Returns – ZipRC Distributions

Delivery
Orders placed before 1.00pm will normally be sent out the same day by first class post (Monday to Friday). Orders over 2kg will normally be sent out by overnight carrier. Boxed orders will usually require the customer to be present to accept the goods. Orders which, after repeated attempts, cannot be delivered due to there being no one to accept them, will incur resending charge of £15.

We aim to deliver goods within 3 working days (we cannot specify a time of day). However we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery timeframe that we quote, please contact us by email. We will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Packing and carriage charge
A packing and carriage charge is calculated per orders, for next working day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm (orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered until the next Tuesday). Goods dispatched outside the UK will incur packing and carriage charges based on a quotation. All packing and carriage charges including surcharges are listed in the Information section of this website.

Returns
We feel sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order please contact us by e-mail at sales@ziprc.com. Goods can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and only by prior arrangement, the cost of return will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods should be sent by registered post or carrier.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of delivery if boxed with all original packaging. The product should be unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage. The goods have to be sent back at your own cost.

Claims
Any claim for faulty or damaged goods must be made in writing within three working days of delivery.
